Shipping: At amegstudio we strive to ensure a smooth and timely shipping experience for our customers. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

 

1. ​Shipping Methods: We offer reliable shipping services to deliver your order safely to your doorstep. We partner with trusted carriers to provide both domestic and international shipping options.​

2.  Processing Time: Once you have been notified that your painting is complete, please allow 3 business days for processing. We take great care in preparing and packaging your artwork to ensure it's protected during transit.​

3.  Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The shipping fees will be calculated and displayed in the final quote. All shipping within 5K of Melbourne CBD will be Free of charge.​

4. Tracking: For your peace of mind, we provide tracking information for all shipped orders. Once your artwork is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.​

5. Shipping Overseas: For all international orders, you have two delivery options:
   
   Rolled Canvas – Your painting will be shipped as a high-quality canvas roll, which you can have stretched and framed locally. This option offers significantly cheaper shipping.
   
   Boxed & Ready to Hang – If preferred, we can ship your painting fully stretched and framed. This option is more convenient but incurs higher shipping fees.
   
   Please note: International clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT charges.
