Category: Process

Upon payment of deposit, your place in the queue for a one off amegstudio painting is secured. Should you choose to terminate this purchase at a later stage, you may still be required to pay the deposit if work on your painting has commenced or if materials have been purchased. Depending on the circumstances, you may discuss the possibility of canceling the deal with amegstudio.

amegstudio provides a Photoshop visualization before commencing artwork creation to ensure you can preview your painting and confirm your satisfaction. One round of changes to the Photoshop visualization is included to accommodate your preferences. Additional revisions to the Photoshop visualization will incur a flat hourly rate fee.

Once your painting is completed, amegstudio will send you an image for confirmation. A single iteration of minor adjustments requested at this stage will be made free of charge. However, subsequent changes will be subject to a flat hourly rate fee.

Should you require further modifications beyond the initial rounds, amegstudio will continue to work with you at an hourly rate. Your satisfaction is our sole priority.

Category: Delivery

Upon initial deposit, amegstudio will provide an estimated delivery fee if required. Alternatively, the delivery fee will be included in the final payment. This fee covers safe transport to your home to prevent any damages during delivery.

In the event of any damages upon receipt of your artwork, amegstudio will undertake the necessary repairs.

If your painting fails to arrive, amegstudio will bear the cost and ensure its delivery. Alternatively, a full refund will be provided.

Category: Delivery Time

While you may request a specific delivery time, please note that amegstudio provides only rough estimates based on the current waitlist. Times may extend up to six-eight months due to high demand. Please consult with amegstudio to confirm a delivery timeframe that meets your satisfaction before placing a deposit.

General

Unless specified otherwise frames are an additional cost.

Unless specified otherwise GST is excluded and will be charged where legally required ie. Australian purchases.

Acknowledgment

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions. You are embarking on an exciting artistic journey with amegstudio, we can’t wait.

Mother's Day Giveaway

Inclusions:

One custom childhood portrait, featuring up to three children.
Up to 15 memory elements (e.g. hobbies, objects, meaningful moments) incorporated into the background.
Choice of two original background colour palettes.
Full design process with Meg, including:
– One initial draft revision during the design stage
– One final revision after the painting is complete
Option to add a frame at a discounted rate (framing optional)

Exclusions:

Delivery costs are not included outside of metro Melbourne.
