Yes, we provide tracking information for all shipped orders. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your artwork is on its way.

In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, as we take full responsibility for shipping. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and artwork, and we will resolve the issue.

A 50% deposit of the final quote is required to secure your commission and confirm your place in Meg’s schedule. The remaining balance must be paid before your artwork is delivered.

If you need to cancel, please contact Meg as soon as possible. A commission can be cancelled before the artwork process begins and before the deposit has been paid. If your deposit has already been paid or work has commenced, please contact Meg to discuss your circumstances.

Before painting begins, Meg will prepare an initial concept or mock-up for your approval. This allows you to confirm the composition, colours and meaningful elements before work commences.

One complimentary revision is included, but you can make as many requested changes during this phase to ensure you will love the outcome. If you request further changes, Meg will discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding.

A 50% deposit is normally required to secure your commission. If paying the full deposit upfront isn’t possible, smaller payments may be arranged, provided the full deposit is paid before your artwork begins.

Afterpay is not currently available. The remaining balance must be paid before your artwork is delivered.

Keepsake -A pre-designed colour palette (created by Meg), printed on premium canvas and framed. Meg then hand-paints your children and their chosen elements around it. (Includes up to 10 background elements; additional elements can be added for a small fee.)

Legacy: A fully original artwork with a completely custom palette. You select the colours, and Meg designs the background with as many elements as you’d like.

If one of the pre-designed palettes feels right for your space, Option 1 (Keepsake) is a great choice. If you’d like something larger, more personalised, featuring more than three portraits, or a more detailed/complex design, Legacy is the better fit.

This depends on your preferred style and budget.

Individual portraits allow each child’s personality, interests and special details to be captured separately. A single family artwork is a beautiful and more cost-effective way to celebrate your children’s shared childhood and memories together.

Absolutely. Joining the Collectors List 2027 does not lock in your final details.

Closer to the time Meg begins your artwork, you can provide updated photographs, new interests or additional meaningful elements so the piece reflects your children as they grow.

Yes. High-quality canvas prints of your original artwork are available for an additional fee.

This is a lovely option if you’d like to keep the original while creating additional pieces as gifts for children, grandparents or other family members.

Yes. Every original artwork includes a certificate of authenticity, which can be emailed to you upon request and is included physically with the finished painting.

Yes. If you’re not finished growing your family, Meg can create individual portraits in the same style so additional pieces can be added in the future.

Discounts may be available when commissioning multiple artworks. You’re welcome to discuss your plans with Meg so she can suggest the best option for your family.

Your expected timeframe will be discussed before your commission is secured.

Once work begins, artwork typically takes between one and three months to complete.
